At PENTAX, we stand behind the precision and quality of our optical equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the product in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards, and ensure it is safely tucked into a sturdy shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it clearly to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
